When your core values are unclear, it’s easy to slip into reactive choices, say yes to things that drain you and feel an underlying friction you can’t name. Over time this shows up as stress, overthinking, low motivation, or the sense that you’re “striving” without moving forward.

The Core Values Program is a 6-session coaching arc that helps you design a life aligned with who you really are and aspire to be.

    We start with a sharp look at your current daily experience. This isn’t just about seeing where you’re tired, it’s also about mapping the moments where you are at your best. We identify the patterns of your own success so you can intentionally attract and scale those experiences, rather than leaving them to chance.

    2. Alignment Signals: Tuning the Radar

    We look at the raw data of your life. You will learn to recognize the threshold where you stop acting with intention and start reacting on autopilot. Tuning this radar allows you to spot external pressure before it pulls you off course, giving you the split-second you need to maintain ownership.

    3. Values Mapping Part 1: The Values Mining

    We excavate your core principles from your lived experiences. We strip away the "shoulds" to find the bedrock principles that have guided your biggest wins and toughest stand-offs. This is about discovering what is already there but has been existing in the background.

    4. Vision & Identity

    We define who you become when you stop white-knuckling your way through life. We build a grounded future vision that is both motivating and credible. We build a roadmap that accounts for your actual life, your family and your energy, creating a vision you actually believe in, rather than one you’re just trying to perform.

    5. Values Mapping Part 2: Moving from Values to the How and What

    After completing the picture of your values we translate your core principles into practical, daily capabilities. You will build your Decision Compass and your Boundary Scripts, turning abstract values into the specific criteria you use to choose with confidence and say "No" without the weight of guilt.

    6. Integration & Next Moves: The What and the Environment

    Values only stick if your world supports them. We reshape the "What”, your daily schedule, habits and environment, to ensure your new posture is sustainable. This ensures that when life is "thrown at you" next week, your environment is already set up to support your new direction.
