Frank Ortmanns
WHO I AM.
I’m Frank Ortmanns— trainer, facilitator, and coach. For nearly two decades, I’ve lived and worked across different continents and countries—South America, Asia, and Europe. The idea of “home” has always felt like an ongoing project. I know what it’s like to navigate the unfamiliar, to bridge languages and to carry multiple cultural identities at once and it shapes everything I do.
I bring cultural sensitivity, speak three languages fluently and understand what it takes to create belonging while holding difference. This lens helps me support others as they move through transitions—whether personal, professional, or both.
For more than 20 years I have worked on the fringes of technology, communication and learning. My background spans 15 years in the cultural sector, using technology to tell complex, human-centered stories about migration, climate and change. Later, in the retail world, I turned my focus to communication, creativity and development. Across every chapter, one thread remained: helping people see clearly, connect deeply, and act with intention.
HOW I WORK.
My coaching is grounded in the ICF’s core competencies and Erickson’s solution-focused methodology, helping clients clarify their goals, build on existing strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Rather than getting stuck in what’s not working, I focus on what’s possible and how to get there. My approach is honest, practical, and progress-driven — with a human edge that meets people where they are.

Anoma Lokossou
WHO I AM.
I’m Anoma Lokossou (PhD) — scientist, strategist, and coach.
My career has always been about navigation: across cultures and continents, between disciplines and expectations. That path has taken me from genetics labs to global boardrooms, from diasporic gatherings to private thresholds of change.
Born of West African and Southeast Asian heritage. I’ve often lived in-between: between science and story, tradition and innovation, community and autonomy. That space has become a vantage point, one I bring into every collaboration.
For years, I led international R&D teams in agribusiness — managing complexity, mentoring talent, and driving innovation at scale. Yet the most profound lessons didn’t come from strategy decks or breakthrough projects. They came from life’s turning points: illness, loss, and inherited roles that asked me to realign ambition with integrity.
HOW I WORK
My coaching is rooted in both formal training and lived integration. I am a certified Transformational Executive Coach, trained through the MMS Institute (Motivation Management Service) — an ICF-accredited program founded on the principle that coaching is not about advice, but alignment. The MMS approach emphasizes intuitive decision-making, self-authority, and the client’s innate ability to choose what is right for them.
