Space to See.
Simplicity to
Move.
We work with professionals and individuals in international contexts — expats, global professionals, people living between cultures — on values and identity work. The kind that tells you what you actually want in this new context, separate from what your home culture, your company or your expat peer group expects of you.
You want goals that come from somewhere real — not second-guessing, not waiting for permission from an external reference point.
You want to show up in your professional and personal life in a way that doesn't cost enormous energy and you want to act from a clear perspective in already constantly changing circumstances.
Here is what clients say!

Coaching with Frank feels both safe and challenging in the best way. His humble confidence and no-fuss presence create space for me to be fully open, while his gentle but fearless questions have sparked breakthroughs that shifted me out of stuck stories and into new possibilities. I always leave our sessions with a sense of clarity and forward momentum.

Shurman M
Working with Frank has been a truly meaningful experience. His coaching empowers me to step into my strength and go deeper, with a structured approach that supports me while keeping me in the lead. The way he captures and shares his notes makes the process even more valuable.

Bryan L
I knew my values but this workshop made us reach the core values by opening space to dig deeper. Now I am capable of defining all my core values — it is like having a compass in your hand to follow your own path. As you know what matters to you most, it is easier to decide and move forward.
What we do over time creates our identity. Knowing your core values creates the identity you are satisfied with. Rather than chasing success as a means value, I can make decisions from freedom — my core value at the deeper level.

Frank has a real talent for guiding the conversation in a way that keeps momentum while still allowing space for reflection. By the end of our session, I felt more confident, motivated and equipped with clear strategies.
-
Ray C
The Core Values workshop helped me slow down and look beneath the immediate pressure of pillars of life and decision-making. It gave me a clearer way to separate external urgency and surface value from what actually matters to me, and it opened up useful questions around identity, values, and how I want to move through an important career and life stage transition. I appreciated the reflective structure and the space it created for deeper self-inquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Values and identity work. We help professionals and individuals in international contexts find a clear reference point — their own values — and define their relationship to everything that surrounds them from there. The work is structured, practical and grounded in who you actually are, not who you are expected to be.
We offer one-to-one coaching and group programmes. See the coaching and training pages for the full picture.

People who are holding more roles than anyone can hold without a stable centre and who are ready to do something about it. Professionals, expats, global professionals, people living between cultures. People who are not in crisis but know that something is being spent that is not being replenished.
If you want to be told what to do, this is not the right fit. If you want to find out what is actually yours to do — it might be.

Each session is a focused conversation — we clarify your situation, uncover what matters and define actions that move you forward. Online or in person, sessions last about 60 minutes. The sessions, but also long term coaching engagement works along the lines of three essential steps:
Step 1: Explore your situation || We begin by observing what’s unfolding in your life, work or leadership.
Step 2: Define what and why it matters || Together, we clarify what’s essential and meaningful in this moment.
Step 3: Act with support from your strength and alignment || With concrete actions you move forward with focus, supported by coaching that adapts as you evolve.
-
The foundational Identity & Values Coaching engagement starts at six sessions. That is the minimum to address all elements of the work properly. Most clients continue beyond six.
If you are not ready for that commitment, the On-Demand coaching vouchers give you access to support when you need it — five or ten sessions, used at your own pace.
-
Neither. Coaching focuses on the present and the future — on what you want, what is in the way and what the first moves are. It does not analyse the past and it does not tell you what to decide. If you need therapeutic support, we will say so in the discovery call and point you toward something more appropriate.
